Do you have a friend who loves daisies combined with the color purple? Or loved the flower arrangement of one item in our shop, but preferred a different style of pendant? I would be more than happy to create a more personalized piece to fit your needs.

Please Read Before Purchasing! Policies Regarding Custom Orders

  • Price listed is not the final price! This is a minimum deposit price we require upfront for custom orders. A final price will be negotiated with the client once a custom order has been made and final payment will be due upon completion of the order.

  • By submitting payment through our electronic payment processing system, the client agrees to all shop policies listed here.

  • The client's payment is his/her/their formal agreement to the contract.

  • I do require a deposit payment upfront. To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the initial order date.

  • If the contract is breached/canceled after the 72 hour window has expired, the client acknowledges and understands that the client will not receive a refund for the deposit as this money goes toward supplies, materials, and flowers used for making the item.

  • The client understands that their deposit secures a spot on the creation schedule and the date of completion is determined by Desert Dog Designs, in consultation with the client.

  • Availability of custom orders will depend on the flowers & metal bases I have available at the time of the request.

  • Custom pieces can take a month or more to be designed & completed before they are ready to ship. Please keep this in mind if you have a deadline for an event.

  • When a custom order has been requested, I will first work with you on design ideas, show you what options are available, coordinate a timeline needed to complete the order versus when the jewelry would be needed for an event such as a birthday or wedding.

  • Once a design idea has been finalized and approved by both parties and a deposit has successfully been made; I will begin work on the order. I will send you photos via email along the way to ensure the design is staying true to the request and allowing for any adjustments if desired.

  • Please keep in mind the standard shipping time estimates listed in our shop policies for your own timeline on when a custom order is desired. Standard shipping time is 1-2 weeks, please allow for unforeseen delays during busy holiday seasons.

  • For custom orders, the client agrees to have the remaining balance paid in full before the order is collected or shipped including shipment fee.

  • The client understands that if the client cannot or will not pay the remaining balance within 1 week of completion that the client forfeits their custom item & deposit as the deposit has gone toward the cost of materials.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
